About Me

I'm Noy – a product designer who enjoys solving complex problems end-to-end, with a strong focus on improving efficiency and enabling better collaboration between people, product, and technology. My journey actually began during my military service, where I led a large-scale system implementation project – and that's where I first discovered how much I love the connection between real user needs and system-level thinking.

That passion led me to product design. Most recently, at Exon, I designed global e-commerce products and led the company's product design system, making sure our experiences stayed scalable, consistent, and efficient across the organization. I love owning things end-to-end – from early discovery all the way through launch – and I always try to ground my decisions in real user research and data, not just intuition. Lately, I've also been leaning into AI tools as part of my workflow, which lets me move faster without losing precision or care.

Above all, I'm driven by systems thinking – connecting user needs, business goals, and technology into solutions that actually work, for people and for the business.
